Our team are experience interior designers who have been working in hospitality and residential field for more than a decade. And for the past years, we realized there are plenty of unoccupied units in a rental market, rarely to find many homy livable apartments.

Wiith this reason, our ambition of developing rental property market which is growing rapidly in Thailand begin. We started to find ourself the rotten old building and ghosty rooms in a good location, and stylized it to be like our home, then rent it all out. Apparently, the properties went out quickly.

Interior designer couple who passionate in making a real cozy home for themselves and clients. Jakchai and Cattleya has been traveling many countries searching for inspiration culture art & design. To observe what other side of the world live, they enjoy staying in both beautiful design hotels and Air BNB of the locals. The actual visit everywhere taking lots of photos has always come to the reality when both create their own properties and client’s.


  • Co founder of Roahouse

    Co-founder and partner of Txture Lab Inc. with Jakchai since 2008.

    After receiving Architecture Bachelor degree at Chulalongkorn University and Master in Design, Domus Academy, Italy she continuously working in the design field and also starting new design service ‘Raohouse’ in 2019 together with Jakchai, creating a number of successful rental properties for both herself and clients.

    She always has passion in hospitality design, been searching for a best quality new hotel to explore in any locations.

    She also has expertise in spotting the good location and best value property that best for rental and sell in Bangkok.


  • Working in both construction field and with international clients in design industry for many years, Jakchai understand thoroughly how to prioritize what could be best for client to achieve a beautiful design outcome economically and aesthetically.

    He also enjoy taking photograph of interior space when he travel, and always end up influencing to his eyes when decorating his client’s home. His graduation from Art University Silpakorn and Master of Design at Sydney guide his style to the international contemporary direction
